Shipping Information
Delivery
We offer shipping across Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via our trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes vary by location:
- Metro areas: 3-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your Club Green Apparel. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How to Return
Contact us at hello@clubgreenapparel.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
